- No worries, it’s also possible to pay us by transferring the money to our bank account. Just pick the shirt(s) you want to order by clicking the “Add to cart” button. You will see the Shopping Cart that tells you what you ordered. Just simply click on the “Checkout” button and then you’ll get redirected to a page where you can find the Total Amount you owe us including shipping. Note down your order (don’t forget the size!) + the amount and e-mail it to weredeadserious@hotmail.com. Shortly after you’ll recieve a reply from us including all payment information.
- The item I wanna buy is sold out, will it ever come back?

The answer to this is quite simple actually, it probably won't. We're not here to be doing mass production like most companies. We want people to interact quickly to make sure they've got a unique piece. All designs stay under a certain amount so that's the main reason why most of our designs are already sold out.
But if you really love the design that much and wanted it so badly, please mail us at info@deadseriousclothing.com and we'll let you know if there will be a reprint of it! - I just bought me a couple of shirts, will I have it by tomorrow?

Unfortunately the answer to this is no. Despatch time can be 1 to 10 working days, it all depends on how busy it is at the office. So please don't worry if you haven't had it shortly after the order, we're on it for sure! That's a promise!
- What are all those labels such as 'classic', 'limited' & 'exclusive' about?

The most important you have to remember about DS! is that we mostly produce 'limited' apparel.
We even have stuff that's so limited that we like to call it 'exclusive'. So if you see this label you just know that if you buy this you're one of the few who has it and on top of that, you won't find it in every store.
However, in each collection we'll bring in a 'classic' which means this is a product that really defines our brand and could be reprinted later on. - I don't know which size fits me most?

- How about the returns policy?

All returns must be made within 14 days. Just inform us by mail and we'll send you our return adress.
Please note we can't take back items that have been worn already. If you wanna exchange for another size or design, that's no problem at all but we'd have to charge again for shipping though. That's why we advise people to take a good look at the size chart before ordering. - What forms of payment do you accept?
